All rooms, packages, offers, and direct enquiries are subject to availability, advance reservation, written confirmation, and the current operational policies of SVS Recreational Resorts.

Reservations

A booking is treated as confirmed only after SVS confirms availability and the required advance payment or written confirmation process is completed. Tariffs may vary by room type, date, season, weekends, holidays, festivals, group size, and package inclusions.

Room and package use

Room descriptions, amenities, views, and images are intended to help guests choose an appropriate stay. Actual allocation may depend on confirmed category, availability, maintenance, safety, and property operations. Promotional passes and packages are valid only for the inclusions specifically confirmed in writing.

Guest responsibility

Guests are expected to share accurate guest counts, arrival details, and contact information, follow property rules, respect quiet hours and shared spaces, and take care of rooms, furniture, linen, fixtures, and outdoor areas. Damage, extra guests, meals, paid activities, transport, or services outside the confirmed inclusion may be charged separately.

External activities

Nearby sightseeing, boating, jet skiing, temple visits, road trips, or other activities may depend on weather, local permissions, operator availability, safety conditions, and government rules. SVS may guide guests but third-party activity terms can apply.
